🔄 Returns

  • You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must include original tags and packaging.

  • Final sale, clearance, and intimate items are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

  1. Email us at support@greenstitch.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.


🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or color, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

How to Exchange:

  1. Contact our team with your exchange request.

  2. Ship the item back following the return instructions provided.

  3. Your replacement item will be shipped once we receive your return.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no additional cost.


📌 Important Notes

  • Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
